These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tayazone ("tayazone," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tayazone website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the tayazone Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by tayazone, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with tayazone's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tayazone.

To register and maintain an account with tayazone, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling participation.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of tayazone, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tayazone Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. tayazone reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the tayazone Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your tayazone username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered email address and payment information, remain accurate and up to date.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

tayazone will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from tayazone that requests your login credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tayazone immediately. tayazone will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, tayazone shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

tayazone accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Philippine-based players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tayazone account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• tayazone does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• tayazone aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• tayazone reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

tayazone offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all tayazone promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. tayazone reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• tayazone reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted and are actively fulfilling the relevant wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on the tayazone Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

tayazone's games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by tayazone or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers operating under real-time supervision.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tayazone's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. tayazone will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules.

tayazone reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayazone Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Money Laundering: Using the tayazone Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in any form.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate tayazone transactions.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

All content on the tayazone Platform, including but not limited to the tayazone brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of tayazone or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written authorisation from tayazone.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

Any unauthorised use of tayazone's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tayazone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond tayazone's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

tayazone's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayazone account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tayazone's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

tayazone collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tayazone is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

tayazone may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required under applicable Philippine regulations.

tayazone is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tayazone account.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

tayazone reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• tayazone has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have failed to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• tayazone is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• tayazone decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue offering services to players in your jurisdiction.

You may close your tayazone account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tayazone Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes or the application of bonus terms, tayazone's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game or promotion rules, shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

tayazone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tayazone will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the tayazone Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
